If I've never taken a yoga class, which class should I book?
​
All of our classes are open level, but our Gentle Flow is especially designed to walk you through the basics and answer questions.
What time should I get to class?
Please arrive 5-15 minutes before the start of your class time. However, please be careful not to walk into the end of the previous class!
We close our doors at the exact class start time, so you will not be allowed in upon arriving late (yes, even if it is 1 minute).
What should I bring to class?
We have mats and props to use at the studio for free. We suggest brining a water bottle and comfy breathable clothes (our studios are not heated, but you will still get sweaty!)

Are bikes allowed in the studio?
​
​No, bikes are not allowed inside the studio. We encourage environmentally-friendly travel, but please make sure to lock your bike outside before entering the studio.
What is your cancellation policy?
Now that our classes often have waitlists, it is crucial that reserved spots are used. Starting in October, late cancellations (within an hour of the class start time) will result in a $2 fee. If you do not show up for class without canceling, a $5 fee will be charged.

Late entry is at the discretion of the teacher. Please be aware that if your entry would disrupt the class, you may not be allowed in. We understand that commuting can be unpredictable, but this policy helps maintain a mindful and respectful environment for everyone.
Is the Sunday Sound Bath included in my unlimited membership?

Yes, it is included.

Alternatively, it is $25 for non-members.

What are your membership options?
​
The Monthly Unlimited Membership gives you unlimited access to in-studio classes.
​
There is no contract. The membership will automatically run for 12 months but you can cancel it at any time.

How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership online. You can log in to your account using this link. Please go to the LOGIN tab to the top of the screen then select account. You should see the option to terminate your contract on that screen.
