The Art of Support: Explore How to Use Props
Learn how to set up props in a way that supports your body’s unique anatomy, shifting from “needing help” to feeling empowered, safe, and aligned. Blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters become tools to enhance accessibility, deepen sensation, and build strength in your practice.
This workshop invites you to explore creative, effective ways to use props with a sense of playful curiosity, so you can leave feeling confident, inspired, and equipped to let props truly support and elevate your yoga experience. All levels are welcome!

Brendan Smullen
Brendan Smullen found yoga while coping with anxiety at an early age. Generally practicing Hatha, he kept a consistent practice and began to develop a curiosity for new postures and transitions. Brendan started learning the craft of Ashtanga yoga while in Washington DC under the guidance of Maryl Baldridge and later David Robson and Jelena Vesic. Brendan practices Ashtanga as a means of stress management, lifestyle change, introspection and devotion. Brendan is a 500hr RYT and Certified Education Provider through Yoga Alliance and is a learner for life and has trained with several notable Ashtangis, but is principally a student of Manju and Sathu Jois.

Christiane Coste Cocho
Christiane Coste Cacho is an activist, yoga practitioner and nomadic teacher from Mexico City. Her background in dance, alongside her social justice work, drew her to yoga as a vehicle for healing, embodiment and awareness. While exploring various lineages of yoga, she found her passion in Ashtanga and Rocket® Yoga, balancing tradition with creativity. Christiane is a lead teacher trainer under Yoga Alliance, and a certified Rocket® Yoga Training Facilitator, offering training, continued education and workshops throughout the US and Latin America. While she loves sharing content, she strongly believes in the importance of continuing her journey as a student. She is grateful for her teachers and mentors -including David Kyle, David Swenson, Tim Feldman, among others- from whom she continues to learn.

50-Hour Yin Deep Dive Intensive
Over two immersive weekends, you'll experience Yin Yoga beyond the poses, exploring how long-held shapes, stillness, and somatic awareness can create profound shifts in the nervous system. Through the study of fascia, meridian pathways, functional anatomy, and nervous system regulation, you'll gain both the personal experience and practical tools needed to guide transformative Yin classes with confidence.
Led by Michelle of MBodied, this training blends science, embodied practice, and somatic wisdom to help you deepen your relationship with yourself while learning to hold space for others.
More than a certification, it's an opportunity to understand Yin from the inside out: through experience, reflection, and integration. You'll leave with a deeper sense of embodiment, a comprehensive teaching framework, and the confidence that comes from having lived the practice yourself.
