Class Formats
From most relaxing to most intense, we have a class for everyone.
Yin & Restore
Yin & Restore emphasizes deep relaxation with long-held poses, making it perfect for rest and recovery. Using props like blocks, bolsters, and pillows, you'll hold poses for three to five minutes, allowing you to target deep connective tissues and reach a state of complete relaxation. Yin & Restore promotes inward focus and energy release—ideal for stress relief, chronic injuries, or winding down before sleep.

Slow Flow
Slow flow yoga offers a slower, meditative pace, with longer holds and fewer poses compared to faster styles like Vinyasa or Ashtanga. This practice emphasizes calmness, focus-ing on holding poses for several breaths to achieve stillness and peace. It's ideal for beginners or those seeking a balance between Yin and Vinyasa, allowing time to fully explore each position.
Power Yoga
Power yoga focuses on building strength, endurance, and intensity, making it a fast-paced, sweat-inducing practice. It switches poses quickly and raises your heart rate. Ideal for those looking to challenge their athleticism, power yoga suits individuals with a strong fitness foundation, though you don’t need to be an advanced yogi to start.

Sound Baths
Explore soothing soundscapes with an intentionally guided meditation in a safe community space. Our deep restorative sound bath will integrate grounding tools and pranayama to bring the body into a parasympathetic state. The fifth limb of yoga, pratyahara (sense withdrawal) will be explored. Wear your comfy socks and feel free to bring an eye mask!

Gentle Yoga
In gentle yoga, you'll learn basic postures while focusing on breath and movement to increase strength, flexibility, and reduce stress. The pace is slower, with more instruction to ensure correct form and prevent injury, making it ideal for beginners or those needing modifications. Wheth-er you're just starting or returning for extra guidance, gentle yoga helps build confidence and comfort in your practice.
Hatha
Hatha yoga resembles a traditional class, emphasizing breathing, controlled movements, and postures. It offers a slower, more mindful approach that enhances strength, balance, and flexibility without being overly strenuous. Hatha yoga provides an accessible flow that promotes both physical steadiness and mental relaxation.

Rocket® Yoga
The Rocket® is a dynamic and fast-paced flow of yoga created by Larry Schultz. A well-balanced series of postures based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary and Intermediate series. The sequences offer a solid foundation from which creativity can flourish and aim to energize and strengthen the body, while promoting a spirit of freedom. This is a mixed level class. Expect a playful practice that opens the body and clears the mind.
Mat Pilates
Deepen your yoga practice with our invigorating Mat Pilates class, designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness. This dynamic session is for all levels, and utilizes body weight to focus on precise movements, promoting proper alignment and muscle engagement. You’ll flow through a series of controlled exercises that target the abdomen, back, hips, and glutes.

Foundational Flow
Ground yourself in the fundamentals of vinyasa yoga in this mindful, alignment-focused class. Moving at a deliberate pace, we'll explore the foundations of breath-centered movement while building strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Each pose will be thoroughly explained with clear, accessible cues and thoughtful modifications to support your unique practice. This class is beginner friendly.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa offers a popular practice that connects breath, movement, and mind, suitable for all levels. Vinyasa flows are faster-paced compared to Hatha, linking poses fluidly without breaks, with a strong focus on breath-to-movement synchronization. This active, dynamic practice challenges you physically while providing mental benefits, making it ideal for both beginners and experienced yogis.
Kundalini
Kundalini yoga is a spiritual practice focused on connecting with your inner self and tuning out external distractions. It incorporates chanting, gentle spine exercises, meditation, and breathwork to awaken energy and enhance mindfulness. Ideal for those seeking inner peace, Kundalini yoga invites a deep, personal connection and requires an open mind.
