Service Description

Yana Wellness & Creativity brings us a night of self-love. Enjoy a Microdose from Muse, a Wellness Brand Sponsor at YANA, to help open your mind and get connected (microdose provided by Yana and optional to take). Then, sip ceremonial-grade cacao from Costa Rica to open your heart chakra and connect the circle. Write down what no longer serves you and speak into existence your heart's desire. Close out the evening with a sound bath by Lexie Lane from The Healing Circle. Lay back and release as she guides you through a sound healing meditation. This event is not included as part of the Yoga Sangha membership and no-shows will not be refunded.
