Power Flow

Combining strength, flexibility, and inner serenity, our Power Flow promoting mindfulness through graceful transitions between poses synchronized with breath. Experience mental clarity and stress relief, with a focus on relaxation and inner peace. Suitable for all levels, modifications and variations are provided for accessibility.



Kundalini yoga is an accessible practice with a range of asanas aimed to strengthen the nervous system and provide immediate results for energy and vitality.


Morning Kundalini has a range of gentle to intensive asanas, aimed to strengthen and restore the nervous system and providing immediate impact.

Restorative Kundalini cultivates relaxation, is gentle and nurturing, and includes a gong bath savasana. 

Kundalini Yoga Outdoor Meditation


Drop into the body, ease the mind, and immerse yourself into a full body practice combining strength and serenity. Hatha Yoga is a practice that centers alignment-based sequencing with extended holds to help students create more spaciousness in the body, mind, and spirit.


Yin & Restore

Nourish the body, calm the nervous system, and steady the mind.

Our yin and restorative classes are tailored towards bringing the body into its parasympathetic state to better promote rest and relaxation. We will hold postures for extended periods of time to target the connective tissues in the body. As we allow gravity to do most of the work, we will utilize support from promos, meditation, and pranayama. All levels are encouraged and welcome!


Rocket Yoga

The Rocket® is a dynamic and fast-paced flow of yoga created by Larry Schultz. A well-balanced series of postures based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary and Intermediate series. The sequences offer a solid foundation from which creativity can flourish and aim to energize and strengthen the body, while promoting a spirit of freedom. This is a mixed level class. Expect a playful practice that opens the body and clears the mind.

Soul Flow

An alignment-based flow that features dynamic sequencing that will challenge your body and soothe your soul. Each week we will explore one philosophical concept from the 8 limbs of the yogic system alongside our physical practice. Our flow will build strength and mobility in both body and mind, grounding us on the path of liberation. This is an open level class and both modifications and progressions will be offered.
