About the Course
Tate will guide you through a deep restorative sound bath experience. Explore soothing soundscapes with an intentionally guided meditation in a safe community space. The session will integrate grounding tools and pranayama to bring the body into a parasympathetic state. The fifth limb of yoga, pratyahara (sense withdrawal) will be explored. Wear your comfy socks and feel free to bring an eye mask!
